Lions' Lair Business Contest Awards First Place to Leighmans

Leighmans.com, the provider of customisable corporate gifts and merchandise, has won this year's North-West Business 'Lions' Lair' competition. The competition exists to find the North-West company which offers the most innovative products and services to its customers.

A this year's Lion's Lair competition, in front of a 'Dragons’ Den' format judging panel, Leighmans pitched its newly-sourced range of corporate gifts and products based around touchscreen technology.

Leighmans managing director Darren Leigh presented among its product range the new iPrint - the iPrint is a self-adhesive strip which users can add to their mobile phones letting them operate them even when wearing gloves.

The iPrint has already seen fast take-up by Leighmans customers, in particular with companies which employ mobile workers and many staff who need to commute to the office.

Leighmans Managing Director Darren Leigh says: “We at Leighmans are extremely proud to have won this award, and we're delighted that the Lion's Lair panel saw fit to recognise the work we do.”
