New PayPoint.net community provides customer support and e-commerce discussion

PayPoint.net has launched the PayPoint.net Community – a new one-stop resource where PayPoint.net customers, partners, and anyone interested in e-commerce and payments, can read about and get support on the latest payment trends.

The community encourages user engagement, including a user forum and blog The forum offers user support and specialist help for developers – which will be staffed by PayPoint.net’s support team – and facilitates discussion on e-commerce related issues. The blog will keep visitors updated with PayPoint.net’s latest news as well as interesting videos, presentations and opinion on what’s happening within the industry.

It also features a resource zone featuring valuable ‘how-to’ guides and papers on key industry issues – from shopping cart integration to e-commerce best practice – as well as PayPoint.net’s technical and product literature.

Michael Norton, Managing Director of PayPoint.net, comments: “We designed the community to help our users get quick and easy support for common issues, and obtain insight into what’s going on in the payments industry. Our aim is to build stronger and more successful business relationships with our customers and partners. We’re all excited to learn more about the e-commerce issues our current and prospective customers face and being able to guide them to the right solution.”

The PayPoint.net community will be staffed by PayPoint.net support teams from Monday – Friday from 8am-6.00pm GMT. Membership of the community can be requested at https://www.community-paypoint.net/register.php The Community site, including the user forum, blog and resource zone, will all be accessible 24/7.
