Vindicia launches CashBox for Salesforce

The integration with Salesforce.com (www.salesforce.com) offers digital businesses greater insights into their subscribers, enhanced revenue capture and operational efficiencies. Customers like HelloWallet are now able to integrate the functions managed on their behalf by Vindicia into their broader Salesforce social enterprise network.

· CashBox for Salesforce builds on the reporting application to support the full quote to cash process. Users can create a customer quote or billing plan, use a promotion code, and automate the billing process, within the Salesforce application. All updates to customer account information sync automatically with CashBox. Users can also upgrade, downgrade, cross sell, or create one-time add-on purchases, improving customer service representatives’ ability to generate more revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
