  1. If you run an enterprise within the UK and it is such that you use a van(s) for the business then it is required of you by law to have some form of van insurance. In the event that these vans are used to transport merchandise, employees, or indeed other people, personal insurance will not suffice; you need to have commercial vehicle insurance as well.
